3 GRACE-based ways to test that decision u're gg to make...
1) LOVE... think abt that decision. If God loves me, he will not let my loved ones/ppl ard me to be miserable. so the decision shld not only makes me feel loved, it mustn't harm anyone too...
2) JOY... making that decision. Do i feel joy? Do the ppl ard me feel joy and wanna celebrate me making that decision? not everyone will like that decision..but if it's only few that objects..it might not be God wanting u to give up that decision..
3) PEACE..in your decision, there must be peace abt it. Remember: God always speak on a wavelength of peace.
P--is it provisional? ask yourself..did God open that door for u? or did u force it open urself? did God provide for u or u provide for yourself?
E--is this decision wat your enemy love to do?
A--does it conflict with the authority of God's word? does your spiritual being agrees with the decision?
C--the decision you hear from God will only lead to confidence rising up..it's not a fleshy confidence..it's something that's not there intially.
E--is there an ease abt that decision? or do u feel uneasy abt it?
Test your decision..but dun focus on it. Focus on God. Talk to Him..Talk to Abba..Talk to Daddy..
He'll guide you..(Isaiah 58:11)
i couldn't decide whether i wanna quit this admin job....i can't decide wat i wanna study...How?! My results not very good lei..A for maths..B for chem & physics..C5 for GP...(but at least i passed.. ;p) i duno wat i wanna do...i hate being not able to make up my mind!
Lord, pls guide me and allow me to make the decision that you've planned for me. Let me hv love, joy & peace in the decision and ppl ard me r happy for me..
